   - When feeling anxious, proclaim aloud: "The Lord is supporting me at this moment"  


### **A Prayer for Strength**  

*"Father, I thank You that I am never alone in my challenges. Forgive me for the times I have allowed fear to overshadow my faith. Today, I choose to accept Your strength rather than depend on my own. Help me to feel Your supportive hand in every circumstance. May Your presence be my source of peace. In Jesus' name, Amen."*
